Cottage season again!!

OK, so I'm a little early. But we got up to the cottage this weekend, so I was delighted. Everything is in order, only a few fly carcasses laying around.

The phoebe has decided to make a nest in the outhouse again this year. She's picked the top ledge, which is actually a good private place for her. She was good about having to share the outhouse with humans last year, but after next week she should have the place to herself for the most part as we plan to turn the water on.

This weekend the project was to starting putting verithane on the wood floors. It had been raining off and on most of the weekend, so we didn't start until noonish. Did get one coat on the upstairs and the master bedroom tho.

Yeah, the work has started, so its officially cottage season.
