Ready to paint!

This weekend went well. We got everything accomplished we intended to.

It took me a full day of cleaning to get things ready. There was soooo much drywall dust everywhere. The poor vacumn cleaner was majorly stressed out.

But, everything is now primed and all ceilings that will not be cedar have been painted with 2 coats of ceiling paint. So...we're ready for painting the walls.

Now to decide on colours. I took a gazilion paint chips up and sat on the deck looking around at the colours in our surroundings. Then held the possibles up to a cedar sample. I still haven't decided.

Oh, and another thing....I HAVE A BED!!!! No more sleeping on the floor in sleeping bags. Woo hoo!!!
